CT Governor Thanks Chapter's Director of Community Outreach
Connecticut’s Governor M. Jodi Rell recently presented Jack Harder, Director of Community Outreach for the Mid-Fairfield County Chapter of the American Red Cross, with a letter of thanks and commendation for his work with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Children and Families to promote safe swimming and improved water safety.

For the fifth consecutive year, the American Red Cross has received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, Americas largest independent evaluator of charities. Receiving four out of a possible four stars indicates that the Red Cross excels, as compared to other charities in America, in successfully managing the finances of the organization in an efficient and effective manner.
